Please include visual references even if you are commissioning a custom design.The more information the better!Things like expressions / pose preferences are very helpful in getting started. If you don't have visual references on hand, don't worry; Moodboards accompanying descriptions are also welcome.I may ask you for more details. You can ask for edits for free throughout the sketch stage.

TERMS OF SERVICE ⤵
1. General ::
"Artist" is defined as myself, starosis. "Client" in this instance refers to the paying party of the transaction. "Item" refers to the artwork or design purchased.
By purchasing an item from the artist, you must read and agree to the Terms of Service.
All prices are listed in USD.
The client must be 18 years or older.
Commission slots are not first come first serve unless otherwise stated.
Payment will be taken via PayPal invoice or Ko-Fi upfront.
Clients will receive sketch(es) to pick from and request changes to.
Major changes requested after the sketch is approved may incur fees.
Refunds will not be offered under normal circumstances. However, if the artist is unable to complete the work, it may be discussed. Please be patient for receiving your item and do not hesitate to contact the artist. If wait times become unacceptably excessive per the client's judgement, please contact the artist BEFORE issuing charge-backs. The artist and clients can work this out in a way where excess charges are not incurred. Charge-backs WILL NOT be honored and will incur private blacklisting from future services.
This item is a digital good and will not be shipped to any physical address.
The item is not to be used for NFTs or AI curation.
The client is permitted to display and use the commissioned item for personal purposes only. Should commercial or promotional usage be desired, contact the artist to discuss the costs associated with it.
The commissioned item must be credited to the artist.
The artist holds the right to reject a commission or client at will.
2. Fees ::
Extra objects such as props may incur fees and will be discussed during the process.
If work is time-sensitive, a rush fee of 50% of the base price may be applied.
Complex designs may incur additional fees. If a design is overly detailed, artistic liberties to simplify it may be taken. This is situational.
Fees for major changes are situational. The artist is understanding of budget constraints and willing to discuss solutions.
3. Custom Designs OR Adoptables ::
All completed transactions are final.
Clients may resell your item (a character design) alone for no more than you paid for it. You may take commissioned work into consideration for the final value on good faith basis. Please refrain from abusing this so that this is not revoked.
Do not alter the original artwork for the item.
Changes to the item outside of the commissioned or purchased artwork is permitted and encouraged. The character is the client's to change as they may wish.
The item is not to be used for NFTs or AI curation, regardless of edits applied.
The client is purchasing limited rights to the item. To gain commercial or promotional rights, please contact the artist to discuss the costs associated with it.

hold the right to use all commissioned artwork for promotional and portfolio purposes.Should Terms of Service be broken, further service will be denied.
